Sleep and Depression
Depression in people can cause sleep problems due to the disturbed thoughts of the person. More than eighty percent of the people who are depressed suffer from problems of sleep. There are various problems when these people try to sleep which is usually a trouble in going off to sleep. This is because sad thoughts do rounds in our mind and we find it difficult to go to sleep. Frequent waking up during the night and early waking in the morning following which it is difficult to sleep are other problems that are faced.
